The fall sports meeting is on Monday, July 29, at 6 p.m. in the gym. The front door entrance is closed. Due to waxed floors, parents and athletes will enter through the side entrance of the roundabout near the bus parking lot.

Virtual learning applications are now available at our front desk and on the ECPS website. If you are interested in having your child be virtual for the 2024-25 school year, please stop by our front office to pick up a paper copy or complete the application online. All paper applications must be submitted to the central office upon completion. The electronic and paper applications deadline is 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 27th. No applications will be considered after the deadline. The virtual program will be offered to students in grades 6-12. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 252-823-4284.

To facilitate a smooth and efficient entry process, we strongly encourage families to bring as few bags as possible. This will help reduce waiting times and ensure that everyone can enter the venue quickly and comfortably. Any bags that are brought will be subject to search. A vision exam for driver's education students will be held at Tarboro High School on Wednesday, May 29th @ 11:30 a.m. Before students can move to the behind-the-wheel portion of driver's education, a vision check must be performed.

Under the guidance of ECC instructor Kevin Strickland, construction students at SouthWest Edgecombe High School are adding the final touches on their “dogdominium.” They're gearing up to showcase their incredible work at next week's North Carolina SkillsUSA competition in Greensboro, NC! This student competition celebrates leadership and practical skills in trades.



This week, 6th grade students visited Medoc Mountain State Park where they were able to go on a hike, explore their surroundings, and engage in outdoor activities as they summarized their reading of the novel "Hatchet".
