Congratulations to the ECPS Teacher of the Year, Rita Batts.

Tarboro High School Exceptional Children's teacher, Rita Batts was named the 2017 -18 ECPS Teacher of the Year Tuesday at Convocation.   Batts, center, is pictured with Superintendent Valerie Bridges and Board Chair Evelyn Wilson.
